Shipping and returns

Processing time on all orders:

Our usual processing time is 2-3 business days. Please allow up an additional 1-2 business days of during sale or promotional periods.

Processing times for custom orders will vary and an estimate will be provided at the time of purchase.

Our items are made to order so we thank you for your patience!

Delivery timeframe for Australian orders:

We offer EXPRESS shipping with Australia post on ALL orders.

Estimted timeframe: 2-4 business days from date of dispatch

We are not responsible for any shipping delay.

Delivery timeframe for International orders:

We offer STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping for all international orders.

If you do not see the option to ship to your country, please send us an email at astutejewellery@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Please be aware that shipping times may vary due to customs and regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If you would like to use other shipping services (such as DHL), please contact us. Additional charges will apply.

We are not responsible for any shipping delay.

I put in the wrong address, what do I do?

Please let us know via email at astutejewellery@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If you order has not been processed yet, we will be able to amend your address.

If your package has been returned to us, you will be responsible for an additional shipping charge for us to ship to the correct address.

This is applicable for all domestic and international orders.

Missing or stolen parcel

Astute Jewellery is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. In the rare event that this occurs, please first check with your shipping courier, file a missing package claim and seek further assistance from them.

We will do our best to work with you through this process!
